We are currently seeking a Property Manager to join our team to manage a portfolio of properties. The successful applicant will be expected to provide world class service to both landlords and tenants alike, be pro-active and able to use initiative and consistently achieve superior performance and financial results.

Experience is not essential, however you will be required to hold a current real estate certificate of registration or real estate license.

Job tasks and responsibilities

The role will involve, but not be limited to the following:

  • Be responsible for all property management aspects of a manageable portfolio of approximately of 100 properties
  • Manage landlord & tenant relationships
  • General property management duties as agreed to from time to time and outlined in Aluka Property Processes and Procedures
  • Manage arrears
  • Lease negotiation
  • Open homes and letting of properties
  • Representing Aluka Property at Q-CAT where necessary

Skills and experience

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The successful candidate will be a hard working, high achiever who has the ability to multitask, prioritise their work effectively, and build and maintain long term working relationships with tenants and landlords through excellent customer service.

  • Current certificate of registration or real estate license
  • Demonstrated achievement in any field
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to demonstrate ambition and initiative
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a genuine interest in people
  • Valid Queensland manual driver’s license
  • A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning
